1. There is no display on the display screen: It may be caused by display screen’s
fault or poor internal circuit connection.Check whether the power and signal cables
of the display are connected correct. If there are any problems, repair or replace
them in time.
2. Abnormal charging: It may be caused by a fault of the internal circuit board of EV
charging station, poor cable connection,or a fault of the vehicle battery
management system and etc.. Checkif the circuit board and cable connections
inside the ev charging pile are normal, at same time check if the setting of vehicle
battery management system is correct.If any problems, repair or replace them
promptly.
3. Cannt start: It may be caused by power failure, internal circuit board failure or
safety lock failure. Check the power supply ,internal circuit board of the electric
car charger ,and the safety lock. Any problem, repair or replace it in time.
